01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the phtaya01 website accessible at phtaya01.app, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the phtaya01 Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the phtaya01 Platform and is using the services offered therein.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their phtaya01 Account using approved payment methods, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive funds credited to a Player's Account by phtaya01, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where access to or use of the phtaya01 Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by phtaya01 before a Player may make withdrawals or access certain account features.
• "GCash" and "PayMaya" mean the Philippine e-wallet payment services operated by their respective providers, accepted as deposit and withdrawal methods on the phtaya01 Platform.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on the phtaya01 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. phtaya01 enforces mandatory age verification for all accounts prior to any real-money activity.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phtaya01 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the phtaya01 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above and that all information provided is accurate and current. phtaya01 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion.

03 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the phtaya01 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Players are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their phtaya01 login credentials, including username and password.
• All activity conducted through their Account, whether or not authorized by the Player.
• Ensuring that their Account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Logging out of their Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

phtaya01 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.

In the event of suspected unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify phtaya01 immediately. phtaya01 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

phtaya01 reserves the right to conduct periodic account reviews, including KYC verification, to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable regulations. Players must cooperate fully with any such review.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

phtaya01 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods available to Philippine-based players:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. phtaya01 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment account not belonging to the registered Player.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Any active Bonus Balance must be forfeited or fully wagered before a withdrawal of Real Money Balance is permitted, unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• phtaya01 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ₱50,000.
• phtaya01 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

phtaya01 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a specified wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are separate from the Real Money Balance. Bonus funds are used for wagering first, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses have a specified validity period. Any unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements will expire at the end of the validity period and will be forfeited without compensation.
• phtaya01 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions.

phtaya01 promotions are designed for genuine recreational play. Any attempt to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

06 Gameplay & Wagering

All games available on the phtaya01 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers under controlled conditions. phtaya01 is committed to providing fair and transparent gaming outcomes.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the phtaya01 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. phtaya01 will not reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phtaya01 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and Player account status. These limits are displayed within each game interface.
• phtaya01 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, including wagers placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error on the part of phtaya01 staff.
• Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place wagers. Such activity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• Winnings from games are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant round or event.

For sports betting, all markets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, phtaya01's decision, based on official results from recognized governing bodies, shall be final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtaya01 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using stolen payment credentials.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phtaya01 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

08 Responsible Gaming

phtaya01 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a response to personal difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phtaya01 account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from the Platform for periods ranging from one (1) week to twelve (12) months, or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks, allowing Players to take a break without committing to full self-exclusion.

phtaya01 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will immediately terminate any Account found to belong to an underage individual. Any funds deposited by an underage Player will be returned to the original payment source, less any amounts already wagered.

09 Privacy & Data

phtaya01 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phtaya01 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with:

• Payment processors and financial institutions for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals.
• Identity verification and KYC service providers.
• Regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies where required by applicable law.
• Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering service providers.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtaya01 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service offered thereon.
• Any technical malfunction, server failure, network interruption, or data loss affecting your use of the Platform.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.

phtaya01's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phtaya01's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the Player's Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Termination by the Player: A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting phtaya01 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Balance) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Termination by phtaya01: phtaya01 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

In cases of termination for cause, phtaya01 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination results from a Player's breach of these Terms, phtaya01 may forfeit any Bonus Balance and associated winnings.

12 Amendments to These Terms

phtaya01 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phtaya01 will notify Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on the Player's Account.

Continued use of the phtaya01 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at phtaya01.app/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phtaya01 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact phtaya01 support to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or wagering decisions, phtaya01's records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the relevant facts, unless the Player can demonstrate a clear technical error.
